OUR STORY

Paragon Strategies is a management and leadership training, coaching, and consulting firm based in San Francisc. Started in 2002 as an offshoot from the San Francisco Coaches Association as a coaching, training, and consulting firm that sought out to help people communicate effectively in the workplace. Wanting to set a new, high standard and work as consultants, solving their client’s problems, the company quickly grew and cemented itself as the new golden standard in training and coaching in the Bay Area, and grew nationally, and internationally. Today, we continue to build on that legacy and strive for excellence in everything we do. Offering a range of services, from creating specialized training programs, brought in to coach both managers, and team members who may not be living up to their full potential, and consulting projects that include: Quanitiative, and Qualititive analysist projects for Genentech, creating onboarding manuals and business plans, covering all aspects of management and leadership development. The team of experienced and certified professionals have the skills, expertise, and passion to help our clients unlock their full potential and achieve success.Founder, CEO, and principal instructor/coach is Jerry Ervin, has over 20 years of experience in the field of training, coaching, and consulting and seen as an oracle, and revered in the San Francisco Bay Area coaching, and training circles. He has spoken on a number of topics that impact both business and individuals.
